This sweet grass, also known asHierochloe Odorata or holy grass, grows from June to August and andhas a sweet, vanilla scent. It grows 10 - 24 inches in height and can be harvested twice a year. To burn sweet grass,light the end of the braid and carefully wave it to release smoke into the air.
